I don’t know about you. But when I go to a crank-in or get “in the zone,” I forget basic self-care. And boy, does my body let me know! From now on, I am going to be more diligent about breaks and stretching. I’ve even tried seated yoga.
Gigi Matthews teaches yoga for all—especially for people who think they cannot do yoga. She made a video from the overwhelming response to her classes at a MidAtlantic Fiber Association conference.
