While learning to crank a basic sock I also learned to dye yarn to create different patterns. Now I want to learn to crank different patterns and face the ribber. I also want to tap into the many resources that I have never used and hopefully attend a crank in some day. When I am not cranking I like to be outside leisurely kayaking, biking, walking, or gardening – that’s where I get the ideas for colors to dye my yarn.
