How did you learn about CSMs? I think from ads in the back of antique needlework magazines.

How did you learn to crank? self-taught

What do you like most? Playing with yarn

Favorite yarn: Mine, I dye my own; stroll or Sheila’s gold

Cranking advice: I started in a vacuum, I didn’t appreciate how critically important the right weight of yarn is.

Can you knit with sticks? Yes

What else should we know about you? I developed a way to retro fit a CSM to be pedaled instead of cranked using an old bike for parts.
